PURPOSE

The SUGAREQUIP Cold Digester thoroughly disintegrates cane or bagasse in water to produce a mixture consisting of a homogeneous solution and the insoluble fibre fraction of the cane.

This is widely used in the Southern African Sugar Industry in the analysis procedures for direct cane testing / payment system.
